The DJ and producer fell in love with music at the age of 6, he would take cassettes that had various songs and mix them. “I started listening to music at a very young age, I remember when I was 8 I had a radio that recorded songs, I would take cassettes that had a lot of songs with different genres, mix them to make one song and then I realised that it was a God given talent that I could not waste as I grew up” he said. She completed her grade 12 in 2005, furthered her studies at Walter Sisulu University in 2006 and moved to Cape Town in 2008 to seek for employment. Living in the mother city helped realize things she was passionate about and she was good at, one of the things was her ability to play the keyboard skilfully. In 2012 she came to Johannesburg to continue with employment search and later found a job as sales person. Written by Valencia Legodi John Lati Semenya is best known as Mr Vintage by many people in Olievenhoutbosch; he sells beautiful collection of vintage clothes and does a lot of community service. Semenya was born on the 3 rd of October 1990 in Limpopo (Seshego) and raised in Olievenhoutbosch, he is part of various projects that aim to develop, mentor and educate young people about culture, careers and self-development. In 2010 he enrolled at UNISA and studied marketing, he is currently studying mentorship in psychology at UNISA and he aspires to be a psychologist, mentor or teacher. He is the co-owner of the brand Vintage Klozet which was established in 2019 with his friend Morongwa Maifo, he has been running things while his business partner is overseas. Vintage Klozet is a brand that has different individuals under it, they believe in restyling vintage clothes and aim to change people’s perspective of vintage as a whole.
